Office Opus III Architects and Planners Type Adaptive reuse · Historical restoration Role Project architect Client Williamson County Old Settlers Association Location Round Rock, Texas Year 1996
This typical, turn-of-the-century Texas homestead built in 1912 was abandoned in 1975. Its restoration and reuse as a bed and breakfast required detailed documentation of the existing conditions, an inventory of the historical architectural details, and a catalog of the necessary repairs as well as the design of a modern kitchen, pantry, and mudroom.

Opus III is now called KAH Architecture and Interior Design.
